Established in 2008 by nineteen of Germany's leading companies, this capacity building initiative aims to empower individuals with strong leadership qualities, dedication, and a commitment to making a difference.

Program Highlights:

1. Eight-Month Practical Training: Gain hands-on experience in a leading German enterprise, exposing yourself to leadership concepts and management techniques.

2. Language and Cultural Immersion: Immerse yourself in the German language with a one-month intensive course in your home country and a one-year stay in Germany, including language courses, practical training, and exposure tours.

3. International Management Competencies: Enhance your global management skills through a four-week training course and a one-week study tour in Germany on relevant subjects like "Regional Economic Development."

Eligibility Criteria:

- University degree in various fields (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Medicine).

- Two to five years of relevant work experience.

- Excellent English skills; knowledge of French, Portuguese, and German is an advantage.

- Not older than 35 years, physically fit, and female candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong language and communication skills, with a high willingness to learn German.

- High leadership potential, self-motivation, and dedication.

- Outstanding intercultural competencies and adaptability to new environments.

Financial Support:

The program is fully financed by participating German companies, covering:

- Intensive German language courses in Africa and Germany.

- Roundtrip airfare to and from Germany.

- Living allowance, accommodation, and insurance during the program.

- International management training courses, study tour, and cultural activities.

- One-off relocation fee for settling back into home countries.

- Roundtrip airfare and expenses for a refresher course in Germany.
