📚 Expected Qualifications and Skills:

- Master’s degree or PhD in economics, statistics, or related fields

- Strong intellectual ability, problem-solving skills, and communication skills

- Personal qualities including resilience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity

- Management and work-related skills such as project management and report writing
