What is the Orange Social Venture Prize?

Orange, a leader in telecommunications, is dedicated to supporting innovative startups that address social and environmental challenges. This prize aims to recognize and reward entrepreneurs whose projects utilize New Information and Communication Technologies (NICT) to create meaningful change.

Who Can Apply?

- Individuals aged 21 and over.

- Start-ups or legal entities operating for less than 3 years.

- Projects must be located in one of Orange's 17 countries in Africa and the Middle East.

Prizes

- International Grand Prix:

- 1st Prize: €25,000

- 2nd Prize: €15,000

- 3rd Prize: €10,000

- International Women's Prize: Winner receives €20,000

Programme Details

- Phase 1: National competitions (May 27 - August 30)

- Up to three winners selected in each country.

- Phase 2: International phase (September 2 - September 26)

- 10 finalists from national competitions evaluated by a grand jury.

- Announcement of Winners: End of October
