During this face-to-face training, participants will be divided into teams and tasked with presenting a paper on how they intend to influence their respective organizations in the areas of training, knowledge, and skills acquisition as future leaders.

Eligibility Criteria:

📜 Hold a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent.
