The AWEC Programme is a transformative 12-month leadership and business management capacity-building initiative designed to empower female entrepreneurs across Africa. With only 200 spots available annually, this innovative program offers a unique opportunity for women who are looking to elevate their leadership skills and enhance their business acumen.

Why AWEC?

- 12-month comprehensive program

- Accepts 200 female entrepreneurs annually

- Designed for for-profit business owners with a minimum of 2 years of operation and at least 2 employees (full-time or part-time)

- Aspiring entrepreneurs with a business plan are also welcome

- Access to a reliable internet connection for video calls over the 12-month period

- Professional working proficiency in English

Eligibility Criteria:

- Female

- African country of origin

- For-profit business owner with a minimum of 2 years in operation (with at least 2 employees, full-time or part-time)

- Must be the only one in your business applying

- Or aspiring entrepreneur with a business plan who has not yet launched

- Access to a reliable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for video calls over the 12-month period

- Professional working proficiency in English
